A Walk in the Garden III - original acrylic artwork on canvas - 24 x 20 inches

"A Walk in the Garden III" is a beautiful abstract painting created in acrylic on canvas. The background is a subdued mix of blues, greens and purples applied using a splatter technique to give variety across the canvas. This is overlaid with red and green stripes in various widths and at assorted angles reminiscent of pathways through a garden.

The red and green colours are chosen as they remind me of the Pelargoniums that my grandfather would always grow in his garden when I was a child, and which I now grow myself in my own garden.

The artwork is supplied with hanging hardware installed and can be displayed without a frame. Measuring 24" x 20" (60cm x 50cm) the artwork was created on a Windsor & Newton Professional canvas and used Liquitex Professional acrylic paint. A Certificate of Authenticity is also provided with the artwork.
